1. Introduction

At FL Tech Support LLC, we take your privacy and data security seriously. Backed by over 20 years of enterprise IT experience, protecting data is our core business. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and the operational data generated by our services.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide to Us

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company details when you submit forms or request audits.
  • Billing Information: Payment details handled securely via Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.

b. Operational Data (NetlockRMM)

When you deploy our NetlockRMM agents, we collect telemetry data necessary to provide proactive support. This includes:

  • Device hostnames, IP addresses, and MAC addresses.
  • Hardware specifications and health metrics (CPU, RAM, disk space).
  • Software inventory, patch status, and active processes.
  • Cybersecurity event logs (e.g., blocked IP connections, quarantined files).
Note: We do NOT monitor employee keystrokes, personal browser history, or the contents of your secure files unless explicitly required for a malware remediation ticket authorized by you.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information exclusively to:

  • Deliver our 24/7 proactive IT support and monitoring services.
  • Identify, isolate, and remediate cybersecurity threats.
  • Process transactions and manage your subscription.
  • Communicate with you regarding support tickets, billing, and system alerts.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We only share necessary data with trusted third-party subprocessors who assist in delivering our services (e.g., Stripe for billing, Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure). All subprocessors are vetted for strict compliance with data protection standards.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at contact@fltechsupport.com.
